Paper Craft Group Challenge ideas? I own a group on yahoo and I am looking for new challenge ideas.?

My group is a paper crafting swap group and we have weekly challenges, I am looking for new, exciting, and fun challenges that I can use. We mainly deal in handmade cards, scrapbooks, ATC's, bookmarks, tags, etc..
So if you have any ideas as to what would make a good challenge if you can let me know your ideas. Thanks!

I have made small paper "quilts" using different layers of paper in different colors each one cut differently. I made a pattern about 3 inches big to make it work then I made that pattern about an inch and a half. Multiply it across and down leaving a band between and you have your quilt. I cut my paper out using an exacto knife on a cutting board.
